Meet The Fockers (2004)
This film was great because of Dustin Hoffman, he can play lawyers, pirates and now eccentric dads.
The trip to the Keys took this film out of predictable American suburbs and gave it an enjoyable landscape.Probably De Niro's worst role in a movie as he's irritating and unfortunatly not used to his acting potential, Although he plays on his old age which is uncommon in actors as they usually try to maintain their youth. The baby that says "ass hole" is one of the funniest things in the past decade.

Signs (2002)
Who thought that an alien film where you don't see aliens would be scary. Gibson is actually very good in this film. the narrative behind his character is played very well and the rest of the cast also participate in creating a misserble home. The film has a great feel good score and a fantastic ending, not to mention a great scipt and cinematography. This is my favourite Shyamalan film and think it is a great example of mixed genre's.

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
What can I say, zz top in the wild west. This movie is a part of childhood. It's a real feel good film and ties up the trilogy nicely. The way the similar events take place in different time places never gets old. It's a well made film with a different and relieving take on the previous two. All in all the films are brilliant and can be watched again and again.
5/5
Independence Day (1996)
ID4 was a breakthough in mass special effects. The multiple dog fights between alien ships and fighter jets where incredible and still look realistic over 10 years down the line. Will Smith is loveable in any role and Jeff Goldblum is one of the worlds greatest naturalistic actors. The narratives that ultimatly end up together make a great final story which is incredibly exiting and I hate to over use this word but "epic"
5/5
Cheaper by the Dozen (2003)
I don't know why I find Steve Martin so strange. Maybe it's because he's looked the same age for the past 25 years, hmmmm??????
Anyway this film isn't half as terrible as it looks and is a great competetor for classics like home alone....well it would be if it had a crazy kid throwing heavy metal objects at people.
3/5
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)
This film had Star Wars fans going bonkers, actually people who weren't fans of Star Wars loved this film. Then out of nowhere some critic somewhere said, Jar Jar was crap.....then someone said the film was crap.....then everyone hated the film.....and yet when it came out they all saw it in the cinema 3 times, they all bought the Jar Jar towel and lunch box. Then the video then the dvd. They'll probably want to get the blu ray when it finally comes out too. If you watch the film, he really isn't all that bad. I feel that the majority flocked like sheep and joined the hunt. It's a shame because its a brilliant film. Go Darth Maul and your double sided light sabre you bad ass sith lord you.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End (2007)
The more I watch it the more I like it, but the swapping of prisoners and trading is piontless and poring.....did the writers get block or something.
2/5
The Matrix Revolutions (2003)
The thing that made this film for me was how the oracle said " I belived" at the end, this makes us feel once again that Neo might actually be the prophacy not just an anomalie. The sequel to the matrix, Reloaded, totally contradicted the first film which made fans loose faith in the franchise. This one line nearly saved it for me. I do like like this film, I just feel I could have liked it more. The best thing about the trilogy is Hugo Weaving spouting "......Mr Anderson" every 10 minutes, that man rocks!!!!
4/5
Grease (1978)
Ha, After watching this a million times with my sister when I was a kid and now with my girlfriend, I still find it hard to watch. the 50's cars are easily the best part about this film.
3.5/5
Knocked Up (2007)
This film is actually very funny, although in places it seems extremely crude. I don't think Rogen is cut out to be a parent yet.
3/5
The Lion King (1994)
This Film really does have it all. The sad story revived by the hero returning to save his family from his evil uncle.....McBeth methinks?
It's got comedy, love, songs and Darth Vader.......We love you James Earl Jones!!!!
4/5
George of the Jungle (1997)
I havn't seen this film in years, I think it's great for kids but adults will find it irritating.
2/5
Hook (1991)
Wow! what else can I say other than wow! This film is fantastic for everyone. Great acting by Hoffman in another comedy role and some of the best art direction in cinema history. Spielberg really knows how to make a film that you will not just watch but enjoy as well. It has not only one of John Williams' best scores but it is filled to the brim with classic quotes
"Bangerang"
"Rufio"
and
"Oh there you are Peter"
This film truely incredible and everybody should own it.
5/5
What Women Want (2001)
Gibbo has really done it all..... this film he upsets women, I mean... what a bully. Who knows who he will offend next. It's an enjoyable film, but there are more romantic and serious moments then there are comedy, I think it had a little to much rom and not enough com.
3/5
The Spirit (2008)
The Spirit opens with a mash up of noir and cgi landscapes. As it's one of the only films to extract a colour it has been considered a sin city rip off. I think it's a little hard to argue that point as all films are inspired by one thing or another. It's nice to have a film like sin city that a wider audience can enjoy. and has lots of comedy. The film starts slow but if you stick with it the characters become more loveable. Especially the hopeless villans.
"Toilets are always funny".
4/5
Happy Gilmore (1996)
Not sandlers funniest movie but definatly worth a watch. The slapstick golf tournement scenes are unforgetable and Carl Weathers is brillliant.....why does he always die in his films? Happy Gilmore, Predator, Rocky 4.....hmmmmm???
3/4
Saw II (2005)
Jigsaw is back, woopdy fuckin' do. This film is boring and pointless. The way he kills people is just stupid, try and avoid this one.....it really needed Danny Glover.
1/5
Save the Last Dance (2001)
Aaaaaaaaagghhhhhhh
1/5
Mean Girls (2004)
Nice south African girl becomes a chav....then less of a chav....the end.
1/5
Braveheart (1995)
Woop Woop, who'd of thought that Gibbo was a better director than he was actor.
4/5
The Ring (2002)
This film freaked the shit outta me. beginning scarry...middle scary...end...she comes out of the fracking tv unless you make a vcr copy? What a load of balls.
1/5
Pearl Harbor (2001)
I don't know what the heads at touchstone were thinking when they decided to take one of histories most dreadfull slaughters and turn it into a wet chick flick. It's just dissrespectfull. All of the acting is pretty poor but Michael Bay pulls of some awsome shots.
Batman Forever (1995)
Well films don't get much gayer than this, Burtons dark gotham is turned into Schumachers shag pad, the only thing that makes this film even worse is the end when U2 start playing......Bono?.....fuck off!
1/5
The Waterboy (1998)
This is Sandler at his best. Bobby Boucher is the funniest and stupidest of his characters. The film follows a ridiculas plot moved forward by eccentric characters.
It's a loveable film and Henry Wrinklers depressed coach Cline brilliantly adds that extra wierdness that Schnieder usually supplies. The film's great and full of one liners.
"now that's high quality H2O"
